Not what the pictures promise...
Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Quiet place.
When I booked, I was wondering why this place has relatively mediocre reviews (more expensive than similar places in Nong Khai). Now I know: the room (villa) is nothing like it is suggesded in the pictures. A very large room, but no table to take notes or work (there is a small table with a small sofa [NOT CLEAN], but it is no good to relax or work. No relax chair either, just a very large and unused space. Poor maintenance of the room/bathroom. Bathtub useless in a room without air condition. The bathroom is a sauna. Dirt in the corners, the sink comes loose when touching it, small, cheap fridge like in a one star hostal, very mediocre breakfast (Thailand is famous for food, I had breakfast once and skipped it twice). The owner comes during breakfast and intrusively asks for a good review. Madam, for a good review, you'll have to manage and invest much better!

okay but unlikely we will stay there again.
the staff were very friendly and helpful. the rooms were a good size and well furnished.
building work going on whilst we ate our breakfast and most of the day. of course work needs to be done but surely not whilst people are eating close by? the bathrooms looked a bit tired. the tiles were not cracked but could do with cleaning and re-grouting. also the grade finish around the windows and doors was messy and didn’t make the rest of the room look good also the swimming pool that is advertised on their brochures has been filled in. that’s not good.
